During the coronavirus outbreak we want to remind and assure you regarding how we do business:
QUOTE PROCESS
All quoting and confirmation of new work orders can be confirmed remotely, through email and phone calls (we typically quote within 6 hours of receiving your requests).
DOOR DELIVERY
Please note: Due to extremely high demand in 2021, our 2-3 delivery timeframe does not apply. We will confirm a more accurate timeframe when you order your doors.
ONSITE INSTALLATION
When we’re onsite to install your new garage doors or make repairs, we can easily maintain social distancing: we can call you when we arrive and alert you before we leave so that you have a chance to check things over.
PAYMENT PROCESS
All payment can be done remotely, through email and payment by cheque.
